I was looking for a court ruling that would henceforth and forevermore put it writing that the County was as wrong as a "maybe" answer to a true or false question. Kelly was relieved not to have a jailbird for a hubbie for sure. All in all, it was a smashing victory for freedom in Miami-Dade County and proved wrong the adage that you can't fight City Hall...er in this case Metro County Government.
